You will use your elbow power to make homemade pasta Then you will learn how to extend your dough and cut strips just the right size to accommodate my premade filling (recipe will be provided) with minimal pasta wastage. I will teach you how to secure the dough so none of the filling escapes during the cooking process while finishing your ravioli with an attractive border that looks professional yet tastes uniquely homemade. You will cook them and combine them with the tomato sauce that you also make in class.

Caprese Salad
No better way to display Italian colors than with the popular Caprese salad made with fresh whole milk mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves drizzled with delicious Balsamic vinegar.
