Then you will learn how to extend your pasta dough (already prepared by host) and cut strips just the right size to accommodate your filling with minimal pasta wastage. I will teach you how to secure the dough so none of the filling escapes during the cooking process while finishing your ravioli with an attractive border that looks professional yet tastes uniquely homemade. You will cook them and dress them with a complementary butter cheese sauce.
