Royal Icing
You will learn how to make and color Royal Icing plus the 3 different consistencies used for piping lines, flooding, and creating detailed accents. I'll also show you how to best fill your piping bag to avoid those annoying bubbles and how to store and then re-use any leftover icing for a future project.

- work on practice sheets before decorating your cookies
- change out icing colors and metal tips w/o fuss
- use a "scribe" for a multitude of tasks
- fill a cookie with perfect borders
- remove bubbles from your cookie surface
- create a variety of outstanding design effects
- create design transfers & apply them to your dried cookies
- repair a broken cookie (all is not lost)
- dry and store your cookies

You will see a variety of eye-catching designs and ideas (some created by host and some via colored photos). Learn these design techniques:

Then choose the ones you wish to reproduce on your cookies. Or use your imagination and come up with your own designs.
