Gnocchi + Tomato-Basil Sauce
You will start by making a delicious tomato / basil sauce. While that's simmering, you will get your hands dirty learning how to make the perfect potato gnocchi dough. Then learn how to cut and shape your gnocchi as I show you two ways to attain those ridges. Once completed, you will cook your little nuggets and combine them with your homemade sauce to take home while I show you an additional way to pan-sear gnocchi in a light butter sage sauce with a batch that I've prepared for all to eat in class at our sit-down meal.
