Polenta & Wild Mushroom Ragout

You will cook your polenta.  While it sets, you'll prepare the ingredients to cook up a rich-tasting mushroom ragout.  After that, you'll learn how to cut up and cook your polenta squares to attain a crispy exterior and finish off with the tasty ragout topping.

A refreshing salad consisting of tomatoes, crispy cucumbers, bell pepper, and celery doused with extra virgin olive oil, a hint of fresh garlic, and Italian herbs.  Light, crunchy, and delicious with no acidity.
