  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    For orders up to 2 items, you have up until 3 days before your order is due for a full refund. Orders of 3-5 items, you have until 5 days before due date to cancel. After the grace period, the deposit will not be refunded due to your order already in process or completed. Larger orders of 6-plus items, please contact me. Thank you for understanding.
  • Do you offer "partial orders"?"
    Unfortunately, I do not. The yield shown for an item is based on the recipe and my time needed to make each item. Creating a "partial order" still requires the same amount of time while possibly compromising the quality and outcome since ingredient quantities have to be tweaked.
  • My cookies aren't all exactly the same size.
    All items are handmade - not mass-produced by machine. I do my best to be consistent; however, little variation can be expected. This is what gives your delights their authenticity and rustic charm.
  • What if some of my treats arrive broken upon delivery?
    I cannot guarantee that some items will not break or become slightly damaged during transport if I am delivering, but I do my VERY BEST to make sure that your items are carefully packaged and delivered to you.
  • The cake I ordered did not yield the number of pieces indicated?
    The "yield" of each cake will vary depending on the portion size. The indicated yield is an approximation.
  • May I request the ingredients for any particular item?
    Yes, you may ask for a list of ingredients included in each item. Just inquire via the Contact Me page or text me at (214) 727-0817 with your questions.
  • Do you offer other items besides desserts?
    Cooking lessons are now also offered. Click on the "Cooking Classes" tab and inquire with me about class dates & times.
