"Biscotti" means twice-baked.  These biscotti are chock-full-o-almonds!  A delicious, crispy-crumbly cookie made with whole almonds, vanilla, and anise for a flavor that is reminiscent of a real Italian bakery.  Fun to eat alone or dunk in milk, coffee, and even a glass of wine.
