Oh, those lovely little marbles of dough!  A traditional Neapolitan "must-have" at every Christmas gathering.  Made with a slightly-sweet dough containing orange and lemon zest that is fried to a golden color. The balls are then bathed in a citrus-infused honey glaze and topped with sprinkles. A festive finger-food that is a joy to look at and more fun to eat.  Children love them!
