"Tiramisu" means pick-me-up, and this dessert has acquired worldwide fame!  My unique recipe is light, elegant, and consists of 3 LAYERS of imported Italian Savoiardi (lady-fingers) dipped in freshly-brewed espresso and fine liqueurs.  Then each layer is coated with an even spread of mascarpone blended with a light vanilla-cream mixture.  The delicious balanced taste with each bite will surely "lift" you off your feet!  (freezes well if needed)
